How do I access Crave TV through Cogeco?

Overview

Cogeco customers can subscribe to Crave directly through Cogeco for access to live streaming and On Demand content, available in two packages:

  • Crave - This package includes all of Crave’s original content, along with the latest movies and series from HBO and Showtime, 5 live channels (formerly known as The Movie Network) and a rich On Demand catalogue.
  • Crave with STARZ - The STARZ add-on gives you a huge choice of hit movies, plus the latest STARZ series.

To add either Crave package to your service, contact Customer Service or add it directly through My Account (see here for more details).

Accessing Crave on Demand

  1. Access On Demand services (see Digital TV, TiVo, or EPICO instructions).
  2. Select Crave or STARZ, based on your subscription.

Accessing the Crave app

Cogeco Crave subscribers can also sign into the Crave app using their My Account username and password.

  1. Download the app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, or visit https://www.crave.ca.
  2. When signing in, select the option to sign through a service provider.
  3. Choose Cogeco from the list of subscribers.
  4. Enter your My Account credentials.

Note: EPICO customers can also choose to use the Crave app rather than On Demand on their EPICO 4K Cloud PVR (see here for more info on adding EPICO apps).

Accessing Live Channels

Crave subscribers also have access to 5 live channels (HBO and 4 Crave channels). Refer to your local Channel Lineup for listings.
