What can I do if there's an error with my account information?
Overview
Some account information can be corrected directly through My Account and some will require you to speak with us. See below for options.
- Correcting your name, phone number or service address:
- Contact customer service
- Correcting your email address or billing address:
- Update on the My Account app (Settings > Personal information)
- Update on My Account in a browser (Account Settings > Contact)
- Contact customer service
