How do I configure my Call Forwarding service for Home Phone (*72)?
Overview
To use the Call Forwarding feature, you must be a Call Forwarding subscriber.
Your calls can be redirected to any number where you can be reached, such as your cell phone, or to someone answering your calls.
- To activate Call Forwarding, dial *72 from your home or business phone and wait for the tone to change to a stuttered tone, then enter the 10-digit number you wish to forward your calls to.
- To deactivate Call Forwarding, dial *73 from your home or business phone.
