How do I program my digital TV remote to turn the TV and receiver off at the same time?

If you’ve programmed your digital TV remote to control your TV, you can also set a button on your remote to turn them both on or off at the same time. To program this function, follow these steps:

1. Press the CBL button.
2. Press and hold SETUP until the CBL button flashes twice.
3. Enter 9-9-5. The CBL button will flash twice again.
4. Press one of the letter buttons to assign the function to (A, B, C or D).
5. Press TV, then POWER, then CBL and then POWER again.
6. Press and hold SETUP until the CBL button flashes twice.

You can now press the letter button you selected in step 4 to turn both devices on or off at the same time.
