How do I remove the Paper Billing Fee from my bill?
Overview
You may see a $6 Paper Billing Fee on your bills if you’re not signed up for eBilling. Cogeco now uses paperless billing by default but you may be receiving your bills by mail if we don’t have an email address to send them to or you declined to sign up for eBilling.

You can still also qualify for paper bills at no additional cost if you meet any of the criteria below:
- You’re 65 years of age or older
- You don’t have Internet with Cogeco
- You identify as having a disability
If you meet any of these criteria and should not be getting charged for your paper bills, please contact us to remove the Paper Billing Fee.
