How do I set up and manage my email addresses?

Overview

To create, edit or delete email accounts and passwords for your Webmail addresses included with your Internet package, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to My Account in a browser.
  2. Select Services from the side menu.
  3. Select Internet from the top menu.
  4. Select Manage my email addresses under Quick Links (bottom right).

There you can:

  • View all of your email addresses
  • Modify a password
  • Create additional email addresses
  • Delete email addresses

For security reasons, you need to contact Cogeco technical support if you want to change your primary email address.
