Yes, you’ll receive a new account number when integration is complete in your area, even if you’re still using your DERY or Axion equipment. Cogeco account numbers are 11 digits long and start with a 6 (e.g. 61234567890).

If you make payments through the bank, you’ll need to provide the new account number and change your payee to Cogeco Connexion Québec.
